I heard about this brand from a girl that works at my physical therapy office, so I assumed this to be a legit company. I ordered a pair of leggings on January 22nd. I waited a long time before sending an email asking about my order and got no reply, so I sent another. Then I messaged on Instagram, then I commented on a post on Instagram. All of my messages have been calm and from the standpoint of “I understand things take a long time, just give me an update.” No communication whatsoever. I have been super patient it’s already March 17th and they are completely ignoring me on every format. I am going to have to try to call my bank to refund, me because for whatever reason they won’t even reply to say “thanks for waiting, it will be a few more weeks due to x, y, z” I know with covid things are taking longer and delays are inevitable right now but the fact they won’t even respond is insane. I hope no one else has to go through this!!

Super Soft. I receive lots of compliments on them. They’re very complimenting to my figure as well. They don’t roll or bunch up. Love the design
As for shipping, I had no problems. I expect delays with everything going on right now. Living on the mainland, I’ve had packages from other companies in Hawaii go all the way to other states thousands of miles always before making its ways to me.
But these leggings were definitely worth the wait. If my husband would let me, I’d order more.
Placed my order on 12/26, followed up multiple times with no reply. On 1/15 a shipment label for my order was created, it’s now 1/29 and USPS is still waiting for the package.
I’ve been emailing for two weeks now wanting to do an exchange and no one has gotten back to me.
